Trainee mechanic technician

Tejay Sportswear Ltd – Trainee Mechanic Technician Tejay Sportswear Limited is a successful sports sock manufacturer based in Narborough, Leicester. An opportunity has arisen for a trainee mechanic role here at Tejay. The role would include working on our plant of 80 machines as part of a group of mechanics. The successful candidate would be working alongside our Head Mechanic and learning the role from his 40 years' experience. This is a full time job, working 38 hours a week Monday-Friday with an earlier Friday finish. A form of mechanic experience/machine operation would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training would be provided. The successful candidate should have the following: The drive to push themselves to want to learn more. A want to understand how our business works. To be able to work as a team, whilst also using your own initiative in situations needed. To be able to take instructions and use these to your benefit.
