Receptionist/AdministratorNorthampton 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM£24,000 - £26,500 DOE We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist/Administrator to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails and will manage a variety of administrative tasks. You will be based in a dedicated reception area, working independently to ensure smooth communication and administrative operations. Duties Handle up to 40-50 calls per day from various customers, including domestic and business customers Monitor a busy email inbox and respond or forward emails as necessary. Oversee various client portals to track and manage client interactions and information. Raise jobs from all incoming information streams onto the job management system Ensure all relevant information is captured and inputted accurately into the job management system Meeting and greeting customers Taking detailed messages where applicable and putting calls through to the appropriate department The Candidate Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, particularly with handling telephone calls and administrative tasks, is highly desirable. Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate job management systems and client portals. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all information is accurately recorded and managed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
