Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence : Focus on providing high-quality customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism. First Point of Contact : Serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Communication Management : Draft and send communications via postal mail and emails. Coordinate the repair and servicing of our fleet. General Administration : Perform other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Requirements Communication Skills : Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner. Administrative Skills : Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. PC Literacy : Proficient in using a PC and adaptable to various tasks. Empathy and Understanding : Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs, especially in challenging situations.
