Job Description Operations Support Manager Full Time Derby/Bristol/Solihull - Hybrid What you will be doing An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Operations Support Manager, supporting the global supply chain to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk, by fostering strong relationships to enhance and improve Cost, Quality and Delivery. Using your creative approach, you will help establish sustainable, long term supply chains, providing a competitive edge for Rolls-Royce, our customers, and suppliers. Reporting to the Head of Operations Support, you will work with specific suppliers to define and lead the support programme and activities required to address performance issue. Please note that due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will need to spend approximately 75% of their working time travelling both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities: As an Operations Support Manager you will support engagements with the supply chain from the initial analytics week, through the engagement to exit and handover back to the Supplier Management Team, you will also : Drive the identification, development and implementation of these robust supply chain processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure. Work with specific suppliers to define the support programme. Provide transparency on resources and activities required to address performance issues.
