The Director of People will spend the coming months determining the role content on a permanent basis, which may differ slightly. Key responsibilities and focus of role: Combination of administrative support and project support work Admin support for activities such as recruitment and absence; also as a development opportunity will be able to shadow People Partners in ER case meetings Project support work will include being involved in: process mapping and redesign to streamline and digitalise HR processes redesign and roll-out of corporate induction developing and publicising employee benefits review of HR systems Experience required: Experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant Attention to detail Confident communication skills Maintains confidentiality If you are interested in this role, please get in touch ASAP
