Job Description
1. Facility Management of three sites across the UK including managing the relationship with all suppliers and service providers
2. Vendor Management
3. Contract Management
4. Support development of procurement strategies across all categories
5. Budgeting and Cost control
6. Policy Development and Compliance
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
8. Develop and manage the annual facilities budget
9. Manage and oversee the facilities management team
10. Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility
The Successful Applicant
To be considered you should have:
1. A qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management or related would be advantageous
2. Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain) or IFMA (International Facility Management Association) are a plus
3. Experience of general procurement strategy
4. Knowledge of the auto sector would be advantageous
5. Be willing to work in Harlow 4-5 days per week (flex hours around core)
