The Role
As our Client Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Jee's training division, driving the delivery of our renowned commercial training programmes to new heights. You will lead a talented pool of contract tutors, keep course content up-to-date with the latest industry advancements, and optimise the use of our innovative Jeenius platform to enhance the learning experience. Working closely with the business development team, you will support programme delivery and proposal development while also focusing on operational efficiency, capturing additional revenue from existing accounts, and driving continuous improvement in training quality and client satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking, contributing directly to the growth of Jee and establishing our position as a leader in training for the energy sector. Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
Oversee the effective use of the Jeenius platform, ensuring delegates can access and utilise all features.
Train and support delegates in using the platform effectively, enhancing user experience and engagement.
Continuously monitor platform usage and implement strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Tutor Management
Manage and lead a team of contract tutors and operations executive, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team to deliver high-quality training services.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to foster professional growth and excellence.
Support the continuous professional development of tutors through training, workshops, and peer review sessions.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among tutors.
Course Delivery
Plan and coordinate training schedules to optimise tutor availability and meet client requirements.
Oversee logistical arrangements, including course delivery, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders for efficient training delivery.
Collect and analyse feedback from delegates and tutors to drive continuous improvement.
Develop actionable insights from feedback to enhance training quality and delivery methods.
Prepare detailed reports on feedback findings and present them to senior management.
Regularly review and update course content to maintain relevance and alignment with industry standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and enhance training materials.
Manage the content library on the Jeenius platform, ensuring it is current, accurate, and engaging.
