Job Title: Business Development Executives – Remote Working
Salary: c£40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus structure and company benefits package.
Our client, a relative newcomer to the FM Engineering market sector, is a niche specialist service provider in HVAC, Fire & Smoke controls. Due to expansion plans in 2025, they are seeking 3 x B2B Executives. The company and Sales Manager are open to various backgrounds for the successful BD Executives.
Could and are open to applications from:
* Individuals already in the HVAC sector with a desire to move into a full sales function.
* Experienced Sales / B2B Executives from alternative sectors who can demonstrate the ability to build and retain long-term sales relationships.
* Ex Recruitment Consultants seeking to try something new!
The Role:
* Responsible for the generation of sales leads and opportunities by finding new business connections in the FM Engineering contracting space.
* Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets for revenue and profitability.
* Client retention is crucial for long-term sustainability.
* Build, maintain, and develop client connections.
* Remote sales roles in and around London and home counties, with monthly sales meetings at the head office in Sevenoaks or Redhill.
