Customer Service Specialist (11 month contract) Location: Hayes (Office-Based) Salary: £30,000 Benefits Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for customer service? We are looking for an Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Hayes. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth order process, from the moment an order is placed to its final delivery. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Processing consumer orders, including small and large items ✔️ Providing PODs and tracking information ✔️ Managing out-of-stock items and maintaining the open order book ✔️ Handling customer inquiries via phone and chat ✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently ✔️ Maintaining accurate records and notes on D365 ✔️ Coordinating with internal departments for seamless operations ✔️ Supporting the team by cross-training and covering key functions ✔️ Managing sales and stock take calendars ✔️ Chasing deliveries and ensuring timely fulfillment ✔️ Processing and managing affiliate orders What We’re Looking For: ✅ Excellent administration skills and attention to detail ✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✅ Ability to work independently and within a team ✅ Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving ✅ Experience in customer service or order management is preferred ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively ⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, covering shifts between 08:00 – 19:00.
