SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - up to £26,000PA
35 hour week, 9am to 5pm, Mon - Fri.
Zoom are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join one of the leading service providers in the UK, covering England, Scotland, and Wales. Your role will be to assist and to ensure the smooth running of the service department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with all aspects connected with Service / Service-Tracker system including trouble shooting, training, updating, importing reports, emailing reports, amending details if forms overwritten, checking all reports for recommendations & problems
2. Report any service problems to relevant Service Manager
3. Answering service line
4. Assisting with any administration requirements for Service Managers, including proofing of their emails and reports
5. Support, and try to rectify technician queries, access requests/problems
6. Intermediary between management and technicians
7. RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
8. Scheduling 'Routine’ dates when required
9. Checking if 'call-outs’ have been completed
10. Logging 'job-work’ orders onto system Proof reading when required
11. Setting up new contracts, cancelling contracts, amending contracts having obtained management permission
12. Address / Assist with setting up and solving problems with technicians’ mobile phones
