Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a new challenge?
I am working with a client in Swansea who is looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users. You will be responsible for providing first and second line support whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
About the role…
1. Create and administer staff accounts and logins
2. Liaise with external suppliers and support teams
3. Record and track service desk issues until resolved
4. Install and configure devices
5. Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights
6. Deliver on-site technical assistance
About you…
1. Solid experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk role
2. Strong experience with Cloud Technologies like AD, MS Entra
3. Strong knowledge of client products such as MS Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and Apple IOS/Android
4. Solid understanding of hardware products from DELL, Apple, HP, etc.
