Talent Manager
Insignia Crew is a superyacht crew placement agency based in Bristol | UK.
Established in 2017 by a husband and wife duo, we combined our diverse backgrounds in the Royal Marines, maritime sector and television production - transitioning from duty and deck responsibilities, along with studio management, to create our own business.
Our experiences in dynamic and fast-paced environments, paired with our love for the ocean, inspired us to offer a first class crew placement service to the superyacht industry, with special focus on assisting military veterans in finding fulfilling second careers at sea.
We’ve built Insignia Crew on a foundation of honesty, hard work, and a strong moral compass—all with a good dose of humour!
At Insignia Crew, we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and fostering a team-oriented culture where everyone is valued and has opportunities to grow.
As we enter our 9th year, our respected reputation within the industry has led to a surge in crew requests. To meet this growing demand, we need to expand our team!
Ideally, we’d prefer to hire someone based in or near Bristol, as your role will be pivotal in driving the company’s growth, being able to meet in person is important to us, as it helps foster a genuine connection and collaboration.
