About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract at our head office in Bristol. As the face of our organisation, you'll be responsible for providing a first-class reception service to clients, visitors, and staff. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception processes while providing vital administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
2. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
3. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
4. Coordinate the archiving process to maintain organisation.
5. Keep the reception area and other facilities tidy and welcoming at all times.
6. Manage meeting room bookings as needed.
7. Undertake additional tasks as required by management.
What We're Looking For:
1. A good standard of general education.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Calendar.
3. A presentable and professional demeanour.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
6. A successful DBS check of the relevant level.
