We are looking for a Handy Person/Property Maintenance candidate to work for our client based in Bracknell on a permanent basis.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Reporting to: The Commercial Property Manager (who will schedule work on a daily basis) - which will include:
1. Repairing and filling damage to walls and ceilings
2. Painting properties where necessary
3. Basic electrical work
4. Basic plumbing work
5. Basic carpentry
6. Cleaning out gutters
7. Tidying up and weeding parking and common areas at residential properties
8. Any ad hoc jobs as and when necessary
9. The properties are in Ascot, Bagshot, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sunninghill, Winkfield.
10. May be required to be an out of hours emergency contact.
Person Specification:
1. Good basic broad trade work experience.
2. Self-motivated.
3. Possesses a can-do attitude.
4. Good communication with staff, customers, contractors etc.
5. Work co-operatively.
6. Physically able to perform manual tasks.
7. Open to change and adaptable.
