Responsibilities:
1. Reporting into the Assistant Service Manager, monitoring multiple email inboxes.
2. Problem-solving, liaising with customers, booking in jobs & organising engineers.
3. Maintaining and accurately updating the CRM system (CASH).
4. Liaising with team managers and engineers daily to ensure tasks are complete.
5. Dealing with incoming communication from customers/engineers, taking/making calls.
6. Any other reasonable request/general admin duty (scanning, printing, filing etc.).
Skills and Experience:
1. Good communication, customer service & problem-solving skills.
2. Motivated and able to work independently, using initiative.
3. IT literate (CRM & MS Office), reliable, organised, hardworking with good planning skills.
4. Understand the importance of & happy to adhere to all company policies/procedures.
5. Positive, friendly and helpful team member, acting as a company ambassador.
6. Ability to & interest in maintaining/developing relationships with clients & colleagues.
