**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Service Delivery Manager at Broadland Housing Association Ltd.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer services environment dealing with multiple and varied queries as well as customer dissatisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage customer service processes to ensure effective team performance.
* Monitor performance data and identify areas for improvement.
* Lead the Customer Services Team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* GCSE's in English and Maths (Grade 4/C/Equivalent)
* At least 3 years experience of leading and managing a customer service team
* Significant people management experience demonstrating excellent coaching skills
* Experience providing and monitoring performance data, and using that data to implement improvements
