Main Function of the Position: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Manage project data and ensure efficient income management and customer service. Working closely with the team, you will source, manage and record data relating to all projects. You will liaise with the finance team to minimise late payment of invoices and ensure tracking of outstanding debt Manage the Expression of Interest process. Track and monitor payments on registered projects. Maintain clear audit trails for all communications via the CRM system. Track and adjust forecasted project income. Person Specification: Proven experience in finance/administration roles. IT Literate Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics desirable Experienced in providing high levels of customer service. Excellent communication skills. Positive, proactive, and supportive attitude. Strong numeracy and analytical ability. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
