Our client, a thriving firm in North London, is looking for an Audit and Accounts Senior who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to lead audits from start to finish.

You'll be at the forefront of supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across exciting sectors, including charities, construction, software, communications, and global mobility. With turnovers of up to £40M, every day will bring new challenges and rewards!
What You'll Do:
1. (30%) Lead Audits: Take charge of audits for a 15-20 entities, ensuring compliance with FRS102 standards and driving projects from planning to completion.
2. (70%) Prepare Financial Statements: Handle the preparation of statutory accounts, CT600s, personal tax returns, and more.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development.
4. Innovate Processes: Utilize Sage and Xero to streamline operations and enhance client service.
Who You Are:
1. Qualified Professional: QBE/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with a strong background in audit and accounts.
2. Team-Oriented Leader: A natural communicator who enjoys mentoring and supporting others.
3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using accounting software and eager to adapt to new technologies.
4. Self-Motivated Professional: An adaptable individual who excels at working independently and making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
