Responsibilities
Provide direct support and assistance to families in need.
Conduct assessments to identify family needs and develop tailored support plans.
Facilitate access to community resources and services for families.
Support families in overcoming barriers to ensuring child welfare and safety.
Implement and monitor family support programs and interventions.
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to deliver comprehensive support.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of family interactions and progress.
Requirements
A relevant qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Experience working with families and children in a supportive role.
Strong understanding of family dynamics and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £19.95
