The Brand Manager contributes to Virgin Atlantic's future by spearheading strategic brand initiatives and campaigns that appeal to consumers. Day to Day Collaborate on multiple campaigns with Senior Marketing Manager, partnering with agencies to build impactful campaigns for Virgin Atlantic, managing fast-paced implementation and multiple executions across channels Lead cross-functional working groups to amplify campaigns through paid, owned and earned touchpoints, driving greater awareness and revenue. Manage creative partners (internal and external) to encourage them to deliver their best work with Virgin Atlantic Collaborating with various teams internally, including the creative, international, customer journey, and ops teams, to establish connections among individuals, projects, and partners Drive global connections planning with touchpoint owners Collaborate effectively with customer & crafts teams to ensure new initiatives are brought to life in a manner consistent with the overarching brand-business strategy. About you Extensive marketing experience in top-tier brands (client or agency side). Significant experience in managing brand ATL campaigns with multi-million pound budgets, from brief to PCA. Proven track record of management of creative and media agencies Strong well-rounded creative skills, from briefing work, judging work and evaluation against briefs.
