Entrusted with preparing every ingredient in our meals so that our menu becomes an occasion itself. You will work directly under the Chef de Partie to support them with the delivery of the product and ensure all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest standards.

What you'll do
12. Entrusted to run an environment that is clean, tidy and organised at all times.
13. Provide support to the senior pastry chefs to ensure exceptional product delivery
14. To be able to plan the day to day running of your section effectively to meet the service by the department.
15. Communication is what keeps our kitchen running perfectly. All our chefs must communicate with the extended culinary team, front of house team and other departments in order to ensure the alignment remains
