We are excited to announce a range of teaching opportunities across a group of respected colleges, looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our teams. We are recruiting for a variety of roles in the Health & Care department, specifically in the following areas:
* Health & Social Care (Nursing)
* Health & Sport Sciences
* Health & Technical Education

These positions offer a chance to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and inspire the next generation of learners. Successful candidates will play an integral role in shaping the future of Health education, whether through teaching Health based courses, developing engaging curriculum content, or leading educational programmes that foster academic excellence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lecturers: Deliver engaging lessons in Health, guiding students through the curriculum, while providing the support and motivation they need to succeed academically. Deliver engaging and practical lessons that help students develop their knowledge and skills in Health, Social Care, and Sport Sciences, while ensuring they gain the technical knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.
* Programme Leads: Oversee the successful delivery of Health programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. This role involves leading a team of educators and supporting students throughout their academic journey.
* Curriculum Managers: Design and manage innovative, inclusive Health curriculum content that aligns with the needs of learners, ensuring a balanced and enriching learning experience.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* A strong background in a Health & Care based role, with experience teaching A-Level or GCSE (or equivalent).
* Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, Cert Ed, or similar) and a passion for education.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills, particularly for Programme Lead and Curriculum Manager roles.
* Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
