Job Responsibilities
1. Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment, and to our standards.
2. Provide recommendations to customers and be aware of allergen procedures.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company, and COSHH standards.
4. Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.
5. Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
6. Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

Minimum Requirements
1. Coffee experience is essential for this role.
2. Experience in a coffee-based role.
3. Previous experience working in hospitality.
4. Prior knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
5. Friendly, outgoing personality.
6. Good listening and verbal communication skills.
7. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

We're looking for a Barista who strives to exceed expectations at every turn. The core hours for this role are set at 20 hours a week between 4-hour shifts of the pattern 8am-12pm & 12pm-4pm Monday - Friday. It's important that you fully understand and are comfortable with this commitment as it's a crucial aspect of the role.
