Temporary Administration Clerk
Salary – between £12.08 - £13.73 per hour D.O.E.
Timeline – between 1-3 months, potential to extend - 35 hours per week
Start date – Immediate
Our client are a dynamic and growing company, with multiple sites across the UK. To assist their operations at their Hamilton site, we are seeking a Temporary Administration Clerk, to join the team and play a vital role in supporting the office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team
* Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment
* Handle general inquiries and coordinate communication within the office
* Collaborate with various teams to provide assistance, including accounts, service team and Management
* Ensure the smooth functioning of all office systems
* Raising and distributing purchase orders when required
General Administrative Assistance:
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails and visitor management etc
* Front of house and liaising with visitors
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
