Job Description
Accounts Receivable Team Leader duties include:
* Ensuring the accuracy of the billing & credit control functions across multiple international entities.
* Support month end AR activities such as month end reporting & BS reconciliations.
* Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
* Setting and monitoring KPI's.
* Performance analysis.
* Ensuring all processes are up to standard and improving AR processes where applicable.
* Manage staff across the AR function including 121's, KPI's and target setting.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in a similar role (international business, SSC environment).
* Be able to demonstrate effective team management.
* Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
* Have a high level of attention to detail.
* Be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
* Previous working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
