Commercial Compliance Analyst

Key Purpose of Role
The role will beworking with the Commercial and Compliance Controller to produce accurate vendor and client rebate reconciliations along with the associated reporting to Group M and prepare accurate information for client audits.
Overview ofKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Annualreconciliations of vendor rebates andco-ordination of invoicing in accordance with vendor contract terms.
2. Assisting with the preparation of client passback reconciliations.
3. Assisting with the preparation and review of client audit media reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
4. Review & reporting of media accrual balances
5. Investigation of media invoice queries
6. Preparation of Surbanes-Oxley month end schedules.
7. Monthly reconciliation of inventory media and reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
8. Assisting and adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reporting and audit, including preparation of month end schedules.
9. Ad hoc tasks as required to support the Commercial and Compliance Controller.
