Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies for each of the brands, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives and target market. Define the unique value propositions, positioning, and key messaging for each brand.
Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline initiatives. Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Team Management: Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals. Provide guidance, set goals, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Brand Messaging and Content Development: Creation and implementation of brand messaging, content, and creative assets that effectively communicate each brand’s unique identity and value proposition. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Drive the digital marketing efforts for each brand, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and online advertising. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience across all brand touchpoints.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for each brand, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing channels and initiatives. Monitor and track expenses to maintain budget compliance.
Brand Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate brand performance through regular analysis of marketing data, customer feedback, and market trends. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance brand positioning, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and influencers to leverage collaborations, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities that align with the brand objectives.
