Your new job as a 111 Health Advisor
Our health advisors for our NHS 111 service are the first point of contact for patients in Wakefield, patients’ relatives and healthcare professionals when they call for urgent medical advice. By using NHS Pathways software to record patient details and basic clinical information, they assess their condition and ensure they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service.
What you'll need to succeed in your new job as a 111 Health Advisor
1. Minimum of three GCSEs at grade 4 (grade C) or above, equivalent including English
2. Ability to use aputer and other related technology
3. Customer service skills
4. Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive and distressing information.
