IT Service Desk Technician - Hemel Hempstead - £25K-£28K DOE
Due to recent promotions and internal growth, a well-established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Hemel Hempstead is looking to expand their 2nd Line team.

Key Skills required:
* Previous experience in either an MSP support desk or field/customer facing role
* Windows 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
* Office 365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
* Active Directory/AzureAD
* Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting
* Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
Roles and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of the position include administering 1st Line support requests, accurate call logging, and relevant escalation when necessary. You will be working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management while sharing experience and skills where applicable.
