We are seeking an experienced Clerical Assistant, to provide a supportive role to the in hours Management and Administrative Team for the OOH Service. You should have previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a team environment. You will possess excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills. This role reports to the Office Manager for direction of the work required to be undertaken, administratively, during normal hours, to ensure a safe and effective delivery of the Out of Hours Services for NHS Tayside. Applicants must possess a wide knowledge of general administrative/clerical skills and have a good understanding of the services delivered from NHS Tayside OOH Service.
