Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full Time

The Role:
Work alongside teachers, providing in-class support and leading small group interventions for targeted students on the SEND register.
The SEN unit caters to students with ASD.
The successful candidate will :
Hold experience working with young people in education or related sectors and suitable qualifications/skills to support learning.
Demonstrated passion for supporting young people to reach their potential.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and adults.
Strong organizational skills and record-keeping abilities.
Calm, supportive demeanour with adaptability.
Deliver excellent support for independent student study.
Willingness to specialize in specific areas, such as SLCN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and EAL.
Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
