I am currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager with expertise in fire alarms and BAFE accreditation, to join a leading Facilities Management company in Sheffield, and take charge of delivering top-tier electrical solutions across a diverse range of contracts.
About the Role:
1. Manage and oversee electrical maintenance and installation contracts across various sites.
2. Ensure compliance with fire alarm systems regulations and BAFE standards.
3. Lead teams of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient service delivery.
4. Handle both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring operational excellence.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored FM solutions.
You Will Have:
1. Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within Facilities Management.
2. Expertise in fire alarm systems and BAFE certification compliance.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple contracts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
