We are looking for a skilled and professional Chartered Surveyor to join a dedicated team. About the Role As a Chartered Surveyor, you will deliver professional advice on a variety of property issues. From estate compliance and landlord-tenant matters to boundary disputes and defect resolution, your expertise will drive the success of estate strategies. You will manage a varied portfolio, including complex cases that require strategic solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide professional advice on property and land matters, including estate compliance, landlord and tenant relationships, inspections, and valuations. Handle cases involving rates, asset insurance, boundary disputes, and village green applications. Implement estate strategies across a diverse property portfolio. Develop and execute solutions for complex property and land issues. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, maintaining high communication standards. Take ownership of cases, ensuring they progress smoothly to completion. What Were Looking For MRICS qualification is preferred. However, candidates with a BSc in a relevant field who are actively pursuing the APC to join RICS will also be considered. Experience working in a property or estates team, ideally within a public sector environment. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
