Manager required for a trendy bar that also have a small plate rustic food offering. This role is responsible for the smooth running of the operation, on a day to day basis.salary £40k + service of around £600 (47k package). The operation has a great range of drinks including some high end spirits. They also have well presented food offering, which is both main plates, rustic dishes and rustic style small plates.
The role
As a manager we are looking for a candidate who can manage the team which includes the bar team and food service team. The operation is focused on evenings, you will ensure everything is ready for service, the bar and the food side is all ready for the opening. you will recruit & train your team. You will ensure everything runs well and this will include all the standard duties of a venue manager.
Expeirence
We are looking for a manager with knowledge of drink service, which is table service and food service. you will be able to work in a trendy unit and be able to develop the team.
