Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience and skills)

What will your role look like?
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced multi-skilled service engineer to install, commission, provide training on, and service and repair our range of Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, and CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout the UK.
Operating from our base near Halifax, you should ideally have previous Laser cutting and/or engraving machine experience (ideally Metal Cutting and Co2 non-metal), a recognized electrical qualification, be a good customer-facing individual, and have sound computer knowledge.
The role is predominantly field-based. In a typical working week, you would commute to the factory using your own transport and then take a van with equipment to install as required.
You would be away on average 2-3 nights a week, needing to commute 1-2 days per week to the factory. If you're setting off on-site the next morning, you can take the van home the night before and also take it home if you return after office hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, usually finishing at 12:30 on a Friday depending on workload. In-depth product-specific training will be provided.
