Job Description
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Stores Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
* Move stock from receiving area to stores and kitchens.
* Rotate, store products with date stamping.
* Ensure accurate and prompt distribution of products to all departments through staff supervision and performance.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all issues for reporting purposes.
* Fill requisitions inventory to maintain minimum/maximum pars.
* Use of the BirchStreet system for the reorder, issuing and receiving process.
* Daily cleaning of stores.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
* Ability to lift 20kg weights on a continual basis during receiving process.
* Previous experience in food or hospitality industry preferred.
* Complies with all Health and Safety regulations.
* General knowledge of food and beverage specifications, quality standards and receiving practices.
* Knowledge of MS Office applications.
