The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for a Residential Manager to join our dedicated team at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus. This is a unique role with a difference - perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact on students’ lives. While it may look like a standard Monday–Friday role on paper, the reality is more dynamic and engaging. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading the residential team to ensure a high-quality, inclusive living experience for all students and apprentices.
* Ensuring compliance with national accommodation standards and maintaining readiness for inspections.
* Managing day-to-day residential operations, including safety, wellbeing support, budgeting, and maintenance coordination.
* Overseeing and supporting the team of wardens, including rotas, training, and supervision.
* Collaborating with cross-campus services to deliver a holistic student support system and enrichment programme.
About the Residential Team:
At Fleetwood Nautical Campus, we aim to provide more than just accommodation - we create a home away from home. Our residential team is central to student life, offering structured support, safety, and opportunities for personal development in a unique maritime-focused environment.
Why Join Us?
