We are seeking a talented individual to join our Asset Lease Insurance Solutions team at Marsh Commercial .
Asset and Lease Insurance Solutions specialise in providing machinery damage and breakdown solutions for operators of industrial commercial machinery, machine tool manufacturers and distributors in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
This role is based out of Harrogate. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least one or two days a week in the office.
The role: Client Executive
The Client Executive will manage and retain an existing portfolio of clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors while identifying and securing new business opportunities. In this role, you will develop and support introducer relationships, making it an ideal position for someone with a client-facing sales background eager to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.
We will rely on you to:
* Deliver sales and growth with a focus on Precision Engineering & Manufacturing clients.
* Demonstrate excellent client retention skills.
* Utilise your diary management skills to maximise client reach.
* Exhibit strong teamwork abilities to forge effective working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets.
* Perform at a high level across all areas of client management, including client service, quality assurance, growth, and colleague engagement.
What you need to have:
* Strong general insurance sales background with the ability to manage and retain an existing portfolio of business.
* Ability to generate leads and follow up to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executive levels
