Job Description: The school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and contribute to the overall development and progress of the students. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that all pupils can access the curriculum. Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support and interventions. Support the assessment of pupils' progress and provide feedback to teachers. Adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in and support extracurricular activities and school events. Requirements: Relevant qualifications and/or experience as a Teaching Assistant. Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum. Experience working with pupils with SEND. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
