It is desirable, but not essential for you to have any previous palliative care experience, as you will receive a full induction and ongoing support and development from the IPU Sisters, Practice Education team and our in-house Education Team. As part of a supportive and committed team, you will be involved in the planning and provision of specialist palliative care for our patients and in supporting their families. You will also work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care.
