About the role
This role is based at Runcorn which is an 18 Acre site with 2 Bottling, 2 Canning lines and 1 Kegging production line. As a Logistics Administrator, you will support our Logistics team by handling HMRC administration, daily logistics transactions, and system data entry to keep everything running efficiently and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle HMRC administration and daily logistics transactions.
2. Reconcile weekly charging files and process purchase orders.
3. Monitor aged stock and maintain accurate stock records through SAP.
4. Handle import declarations and supplementary declarations.
What you'll bring
We are all about quality and compliance here, so attention to detail and good communication skills are key. You'll be systems savvy and being a team player is super important since you will be joining a small but amazing team. Experience working in an FMCG organisation is preferred but not crucial.
In addition, you'll have:
* Good knowledge of SAP (desirable)
