We have a fantastic opportunity for the role of an Aftermarket Strip and Inspect Technician reporting to the Gas Seal Service and Repair Manager. As an Aftermarket Strip and Inspect Technician you will be evaluating and reporting on the condition of Dry Gas Seals that have been returned for overhauling and repair. You will be determining the scope of work required when assessing the products condition. All activities are carried out in accordance with the required company quality/productivity standards whilst ensuring the company HSE procedures are complied with.
The role is located at our headquarters within Slough site. Working Monday to Friday during normal office hours.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)
* Inspect, evaluate and reporting on the condition of Dry Gas Seals in line with company quality/productivity standards whilst ensuring company HSE procedures are complied with.
* Creation of Inspection Reports utilising MS Office packages and photo editing tools.
* Maintenance of Data bases and documentation utilising SAP and visual factory applications.
* Participating in Continuous Improvement activities such as 5S audits and actions derived from the audits.
* Train technicians and apprentices when required.
* Participate in daily SPQCD meetings.
* Management of Storage Facilities
