Job Description
Are you ready to start a hands-on career in precision manufacturing? Join our team as a Lapping Technician and help produce top-quality Gas & Wet Seal components using specialized lapping and polishing techniques. We offer full training and a structured path for skill progression!
What You’ll Do:
* Precision Lapping & Polishing: Operate a range of advanced machinery, including lapping plates, polishing plates, laser machines, and spin rigs, to achieve high standards in flatness, curvature, and surface finish.
* Component Inspection: Conduct detailed visual and mechanical inspections to ensure every part meets our exacting specifications.
* Data-Driven Grooving: Use computer programs and specialized tools to mask, groove, and shape mating rings.

* Attention to Detail: An eye for quality and precision.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with PC operations for data entry and inspection tools.
* Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Lapping Shop and across departments.
