Job Description We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients dynamic team on an initial 3-month contract with scope for the role to become permanent. This is a broad, all-encompassing role covering both the UK and European markets, so we need an adaptable and hands-on HR professional who can hit the ground running. What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end HR operations across the UK and EMEA, providing comprehensive HR support.
Partnering with managers to advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handling a wide range of employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, working closely with hiring managers.
Ensuring compliance with UK and European employment law, helping to streamline processes and maintain best practices.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, supporting business needs during a busy period.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally with exposure to EMEA.
Strong employee relations experience and the ability to coach and guide managers.
