Sales Administrator Location: Worcester Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm) Reference: (phone number removed) The Opportunity Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming customer calls, handling enquiries, and resolving issues for contract customers. Taking messages and liaising with relevant departments when key contacts are unavailable. Raising contract quotations, processing sales orders for the production team, and preparing invoices with accuracy. Organising and maintaining customer files and ensuring timely dispatch of customer samples. Coordinating administrative tasks, including sorting files, data entry, and general office duties. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, presentations, and reports. Creating spreadsheets, applying formulas, and managing data with a high level of Excel proficiency. About You Proven experience in administration or customer service roles. Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
