£26,000 - £33,000 + 12.5% Bonus scheme

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognized as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets, they are looking for a HR Advisor to join their close-knit team.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR Support to the HR Manager & Department managers on absence management, sickness, etc.
2. Support the collation and data for the HR Manager regarding running the monthly wage/payroll cycles.
3. Responsible for the administration of HR Masterfile documents, policies and procedures, process flows.
4. Support recruitment and selection policy.
5. Actively support the roll-out and employee engagement initiatives & charity events throughout the year.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. CIPD desirable.
2. Experience in a HR Position, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience using a HRIS system.
