We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Void & Planned Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the management of void properties & planned maintenance works within our housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure that void (vacant) properties are effectively managed, maintained, and prepared for re-letting, while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations. This role is critical in helping us meet our mission of providing quality, affordable housing to our tenants.
