ROLE: Technical Team Leader - Nights
HOURS: 18:00 - 06:00 4on4off
SALARY: £17.83ph basic, plus £1.00ph skills allowance and £2.00ph night shift allowance.
BASE: Birchwood, Somercotes, Alfreton

Our Team Leaders are accountable for supervising operatives and processes to deliver a safe, compliant, and efficient operation in line with targets, budgets and plans. We require you to lead and motivate a team of PVCu Technicians through being an ambassador of the Company Values and role model Safety First and quality standards.
WHAT OUR TECHNICAL TEAM LEADERS DO:
1. Lead and motivate the team through role modelling the Company Values of Gritty, Proud, Decent and Agile
2. Ensure that your team is fully trained and confident in fulfilling their role and developing technicians and operators
3. Ensure conformance to plan (CTP) and plan achievement (PA) targets are achieved
4. Adhere to manufacturing budgets and all operational policies, processes, and SOP's
5. Waste is minimised and segregated following company environmental protocols
