We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to take on the important role of Process Technician within our Thames Valley operations team.
As the successful candidate, you will be working alongside a multiskilled team who are passionate about delivering results and great service for our customers.
What you’ll be doing as the Wastewater Process Technician
* Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience.
* Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained.
* Attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
* Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks.
* Always working safely and complying with all Health and Safety guidance and procedures.
What you should bring to the role
* Be a self-motivated individual who can immerse themselves into the team around them, you need to be very disciplined, have the desire to learn from those around you, and have a can-do attitude.
* Take Ownership of responding quickly to faults, being curious to fully understand the problem, and identifying the best solution to resolve it the first time.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact with the team.
* Deliver exceptional service through an enthusiastic and positive approach, taking accountability for your role while working accurately and flexibly within a busy team.
* Proactive – take the lead on recommendations and improvements around the site and communicate effectively.
* Knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards.
* Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving License.
