Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to assist with daily office operations, execute administrative recruitment tasks, and provide direct support to company Directors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to supporting business success.
Reporting to: Directors
Location: Holborn, London (Office Based)
Job Description:
1. Recruitment software maintenance and data entry
2. Formatting CVs
3. Diary management for the Managing Director
4. Issuing and maintaining client contracts
5. Candidate marketing activity
6. Supporting recruitment teams in peak periods
7. Meeting and greeting candidates
8. Providing a positive external impression of the agency at all times
9. Collection and distribution of post and confidential waste
10. Organising, scanning, filing, and photocopying of papers
11. Maintain all stationary stock levels
12. General office administration management
13. Recording of attendance/absence
14. Production of reports for management
15. Having an awareness of employment/employment agency compliance matters and implementation/communication
16. Carry out internal compliance checks and reporting on findings
17. Liaison with accounts, payroll & credit control personnel where needed
Experience/Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and organisational skills
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Good numerical skills
4. PC skills - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
5. Ideally experienced in working within an office environment in a support role, and interaction with people of varying positions and seniority
