Registered Service Manager
Join our growing team at a market-leading, Ofsted Registered, National Supported Accommodation Provider. As a provider, we are passionate about delivering the best possible service to all young people. We don’t settle for good; we are continuously developing and improving our offerings to ensure young people thrive in their homes and lives.
Our company is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead at a set service, which will include overseeing several young people, their support packages, and a dedicated staff team.
Our Purpose
We are dedicated to supporting young people through their journey of leaving care, including separated migrant young people, particularly those aged 16-18, as they transition to independence. We understand that leaving care is a pivotal phase in a young person’s life, and as such, we offer tailored services to meet their individual needs. We work in partnership with local authorities and other agencies to ensure that young people’s needs are met to a high standard, and their welfare and wellbeing is central to everything that we do. We are an established provider with 15 years of experience in this sector and many long-standing Local Authority relationships forged on the great work we do.
